I was "turning around" with a browser through an android simulator, because in all browsers I couldn't see the missions on the DF2 Haven page.
I solved the problem by uninstalling and installing the video card driver (Nvidia GForce 1050), by the way, it was the only way to solve it.

I had the same problem, but I don't think it's my problem, I didn't change anything of my PC settings, nor upgraded the driver.
Indeed I have a new PC with GForce GTX1660supper, but my old PC could not load Haven's mission guide too, which has been shut down for long long times, so we can not blame on Nvidia,I think.
